Our Mission
The mission of Information Systems is to provide our students and staff with the necessary technological resources to increase learning, improve student achievement, and ensure administrative efficiency and effectiveness

Services Provided Include:

  • Repair and maintenance of school and administrative

    computer systems

  • Web development

  • Antivirus protection, including automated updates for computers and servers

  • Email monitoring and screening (antivirus and
    SPAM activity)

  • Spam deletion to the maximum extent possible

  • Automated patches for applicable updates to Workstations

  • Filtering and blocking (Children's Internet
    Protection Act)

  • Monitoring of Internet and email use (BOE Policy)

  • Monitoring of bandwidth use and planning for present and future need

  • File server and switch procurement, management and life cycle support

  • Central office computer lab operation (imaging, repair, maintenance)

  • Assist Finance Director with student information system technical support

  • Tactical and strategic planning (system and school as required)

  • Technical support for financial and personnel systems.

  • Badge System (security) CCHS and central office

  • Imaging System (student records)

  • Timekeeping (central office and transportation and maintenance)

  • Networked based security (network camera systems)
